These were Connecticut's most 'wish listed' Airbnbs of 2020

Whether they were planning a staycation or road trip, or just thinking about travel, Airbnb users didn't stop browsing during the pandemic.

In fact, according to a survey (of about 1,000 Americans commissioned by Airbnb from Sept. 15-19), about 36 percent of respondents said they daydream about traveling more often during the pandemic, and 28 percent of people working from home said planning future trips makes them feel "hopeful."

To find out what people are daydreaming about, the booking site rounded up the most "wish listed" — or saved — unique Airbnb stays in each state. "Unique stays" on Airbnb include tiny houses, boat houses, cabins, farms, airstream campers and other unusual lodging options. In Connecticut, the most wishlisted unique stay was a "geodesic dome" in Bethlehem.
